Recently ConstructCAD is in the very early develompent state, it's not suitable for any real work.

The already implemented features are:

• GUI prototype
• Basic geometrical shapes + testing dialogs
  (lines, arcs, circles, ellipses, points, construction lines, rays)
• Layer Management
  (adding/deleting/editing Layers, Colors, Linetypes)
• The translation to German has already started.
• XML-saving
• Undo/Redo functions
• Commandline-based drawing functions
• Visualisation of basic shapes

The next version will also provide mouse support for the drawing functions.

ConstructCAD is developed with Qt version 4.1. It will not work with Qt 3.x or lower.
