ConstructCAD is an Open-Source 2D CAD application for Linux and Windows developed with C++ and the Qt library published under the GNU GPL. It will be available in English and in German.

The User Interface is similar to AutoCAD(R) and usage of ConstructCAD should provide a little bit of "AutoCAD feeling".
